Steve Lowit | President & Principle Founder

Steve Lowit is the principal founder of iSymmetry, Inc. Mr. Lowit manages the company’s Atlanta-based recruiting and fulfillment teams, as well as, the day-to-day operations. He brings to this role an intense focus on quality and innovation and he has instituted a number of industry best practices which have consistently allowed iSymmetry grow exponentially and stay at the forefront of the Information Technology Staffing Industry in measures of both customer satisfaction and consultant loyalty. He is an integral part of developing strategic partnerships and programs with our Premier Accounts.

Mr. Lowit is part of the Executive Management Team at iSymmetry and is involved in the strategic planning for the firm. He possesses 14+ years of recruiting, recruiting management, sales and leadership experience in technology services. Prior to heading iSymmetry, Mr. Lowit held leadership roles in a number of nationally known IT consulting and staffing firms.

Mr. Lowit holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Chuck Lane | CIO

Chuck Lane has been the CIO of iSymmetry since December 2010 bringing a wealth of knowledge in technology, Application Architecture and innovation to the business. Chuck Lane is an IT professional with over 20 years experience at senior levels of Enterprise Application development and Technology with several different business units at ADP, his last position being CIO and VP, Technology for ADP Total Source. He also held General Management, Operations, Client Service and Sales positions at ADP over his 34 year career with the firm.

Chuck has a very strong background in leading Applications Development and Architecture groups at a corporate level as well as the business unit level. He has a broad base of experience in delivering products and services on a wide range of platforms ranging from IBM Mainframe, PC, Client Server and the Web. He has a proven record of success in turn-around situations and in building a business. He brings innovative solutions for productivity savings, technology cost savings and new products working with all levels of internal/external clients, IT professionals and business leaders to deliver high quality, timely, innovative and cost-effective products and solutions. Chuck holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Western Michigan University with a major in Mathematics and resides in Cumming, GA.

Heath Parkey | National Accounts Director

Heath Parkey is one of iSymmetry’s National Account Directors with a primary responsibility of overseeing national account sales and delivery in the commercial space. Mr. Parkey holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree and has been in the IT recruiting and staffing industry for over 13 years. His industry experience includes IT recruiting, sales, on‐site management and national account management with a portfolio of clients in both the commercial and federal space.

Since 2005 Heath has been a member of the iSymmetry team with a focus on developing relationships and overseeing large national clients like Oracle, McKesson and SAP. Mr.Parkey’s responsibilities as a Director require him to assist in overseeing all business development and delivery activities across the company. This is done with an objective of strengthening the core iSymmetry staff and methodologies along with assuring their client’s always receive world class service.

Rajesh Doppalapudi | Vice President of India Operations

Rajesh Doppalapudi is Vice-President of Operations at iSymmetry. He is responsible for ensuring the proper reporting structure with divisions and departments and in helping identify opportunities and areas for improvement within each division. His innovative vision includes “laying the foundation” for iSymmetry’s growth by first fundamentally addressing the problems associated with the India-based off-shoring models, particularly with respect to resource development and retention in alignment with industry needs. He is also responsible for creating company strategic training and organizational development plans to meet iSymmetry’s personal, professional, and organizational goals. He is also accountable for managing General Administration, Human Resources, Network & Systems Support and Quality at the India offshore Centre located at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.

Rajesh is responsible for leading the recruiting efforts for highly skilled professionals who vary in skill sets. He primarily focuses on the senior technical and managerial levels across a variety of different industries. This is augmented with over 10 years of personal hands-on technical expertise interfacing with executives/managers and all facets of IT enterprise-level personnel. He also has a recent 3 years of account management for clients like ACS, Abercrobmie & Fitch, Oracle and Citigroup.

Rajesh has a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Oklahoma. He has more than 10 years of full life-cycle recruiting process experience along with staffing expertise from creation of requisitions to fulfillment and proficiency in sales and business development. He works closely with project managers, directors and managing partners to plan weekly meetings, discuss and prioritize business requirements, work on client requirements and solve client and in-house issues.

Scott Coughlin | Health & Public Sector Director

Scott Coughlin is one of iSymmetry’s primary account managers in the public sector. Scott resides in Atlanta and has been able to develop and grow much of the federal business in the Washington, DC area.

Scott holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Speech Communications from Northeastern University. His 17 years of experience in the Recruiting and Staffing industry, which includes recruiting, sales and regional management, has helped to build a reliable reputation in the industry.

For the last 9 years, Scott has been the Public Sector Account Manager for the iSymmetry group with a focus on developing relationships and working closely with large Systems Integrators on Federal projects to include, but not limited to, CBP (DHS), US VISIT (DHS), ILMS (DoS), USAF, US Army (DoD) and USDA. His responsibilities include business development, client interfacing, consultant management, and recruiting support.

Scott has also played a key role in developing iSymmetry’s Healthcare Practice. By coordinating a talented staff dedicated to the success of our healthcare clients, this team assists with Healthcare IT staffing needs and provides solutions to help our partners achieve their Meaningful Use objectives.

As a Director, Scott also provides leadership to iSymmetry’s internal sales/recruiting personnel, which is critical to the success of its daily operations.

Scott has developed a reputation throughout the industry for integrity and honesty, not only with his clients but also with his team members.

Ben Crosby | Oracle Practice Director

Ben is responsible for hands-on delivery and leadership within iSymmetry’s Oracle Solutions Practice. He has extensive experience delivering Oracle Fusion, Oracle Database, Oracle PeopleSoft, and Oracle Applications related skill sets. Ben also serves as a hands-on recruiter, trainer, manager, and mentor for iSymmetry’s recruiting professionals. He is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of the best professionals possible to iSymmetry’s clients.

Ben has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry and brings an intense commitment to excellence in all facets of the recruiting and fulfillment process while ensuring a strong focus on customer and candidate satisfaction. He has worked with iSymmetry since 2002 in many roles including Business Development Manager, Recruiter, Sr. Recruiter, Recruiting Team Lead, ERP Delivery Manager, National Recruiting Manager, and Director of Recruiting.

Ben is part of the Management Team at iSymmetry and is involved in the strategic planning for the Recruiting team. Prior to joining iSymmetry, Ben worked as an IT consultant and software developer for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting’s Advanced Technology Practice. He holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Management Information Systems and Finance from The University of Georgia and resides in Suwanee, GA.

Daud Haseeb | Director of IT Recruiting

Daud is responsible for providing day to day leadership, training and mentoring to junior and senior level recruiters at iSymmetry. In addition he also is responsible for working closely with Executive and Sales Leadership to align business objectives, ensuring that the proper support and delivery services are provided to iSymmetry’s client base.

Daud has over 15 years experience with the IT industry with a diverse background having spent the first 10 years of his career as a hands on technology professional. Prior to transitioning into the IT Staffing Industry, Daud’s background included Functional and Technical Consulting / Administration and Technical Training. His passion is and always has been in developing and maintaining relationships with an end goal of ultimately having a positive impact on every individual he comes in contact with.

Originally from Raleigh, NC Daud relocated to Atlanta shortly after graduating from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he obtained a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Organizational Communications.

Tracie Wildes | Compliance & Operations Director

Tracie Wildes is the Director of Compliance and Operations for iSymmetry. Ms. Wildes brings more than 9 years of experience and expertise in project management, operations and compliance. At iSymmetry she manages the full range of administrative, logistical and operational duties in a wide variety of program areas including contracts administration, information technology and consultant management. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and directs programs designed to meet the needs of the consultants, staff, vendors and related initiatives. In her compliance role, Ms. Wildes measures and evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of business practices to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. She is responsible for the management of the company’s key corporate documents including tracking, maintenance and record retention.

Ms. Wildes joined iSymmetry in 2004, where she developed and implemented the Consultant Care Program. This program allows the company to minimize employee turnover, increase the ability to remarket consultants and ultimately increase billable headcount and revenue. As the Consultant Care Manager, she serves as the primary liaison between the billable consultants, client managers and the account management team of the company.

Prior to joining iSymmetry, Ms. Wildes served as project manager for a Landscape Architectural firm where she supported design development and project management for various project areas. Ms. Wildes holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from the School of Environmental Design at the University of Georgia. She and her family reside in the Atlanta area.
